Message from Anne
Undoubtedly you have read many lawyer profiles and they all seem the same. That’s because most of them are the same–we all went to school for years on end and we all passed the same hard tests.
My independence sets me apart from other lawyers.
You should consider me as your lawyer because I have been a client and I understand the complexities of the lawyer-client relationship. I know what works and what doesn’t.
You should consider me as your lawyer because I have the experience and credentials that are often seen in large law firms.
More importantly, I have the street smarts to understand that clients do not hire large firms–clients hire lawyers and clients stay with lawyers who tell them the truth about their cases and don’t try to retire on their clients’ dime.
Here are my written credentials and experience. I am proud of my accomplishments and my practice. I have earned all that I have.
I am an OSBA Board Certified Specialist in the Field of Family Relations Law & I have received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubble, the highest rating available. I devote my professional life to divorce, custody, fathers’ rights, domestic violence, appeals and all other issues relating to families and children. My practice and philosophy are described below. I am committed to excellence and life-long associations with clients and people I like.
About Anne Harvey
Anne is an OSBA Board Certified Specialist in Family Relations Law handling cases in Divorce, Dissolution, Child Custody, Parental Rights, Grandparents Rights, Child Support and Visitation. Educational Background
Anne received her J.D. from the University of Dayton, where she belonged to the University of Dayton Law Review and was a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing. She was published in the University of Dayton Law Review’s Fall 1983 edition. She received her B.S. from the University of Dayton.
Legal Background
From 2001 to 2003, Anne was a Montgomery County Assistant Public Defender. From 1997 to 2003, she was an Acting Judge in Miamisburg Municipal Court. From 1989 to 1991, she was a Civilian Trial Attorney at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. She is a past member of the Greene County Ethics Committee, the Dayton Bar Association Fee Dispute Committee and the Dayton Volunteer Lawyer’s Project.
